I tried face-off's real skin shader on Elle. There's no postwork on the image so the hair doesn't cast any shadows and there are no reflections on the eye. The nodes from the head can be copied to the body and then the texture changed out. I took Neftis' texture and removed the eyebrows then made material for the eyebrow trans darker. I don't suggest using the displacement or bump map in the python as it came off too strong on her.
