What mapping type are you currently using? This looks like Object Cubic to me. Try World Cubic and size the map large enough (smaller numbers) so it looks more like a single bill. Experiment with other types of mapping if that doesn't do the job adequately.

I think what you're after is going to be either: object space - maps the image to the object or object top - this seems to keep it down to one image without tiling typically.

I hate to be a party-pooper, but be careful using images of real currency. Some governments get annoyed.

Claymor: DaM says, "What I would like to do is be able to apply the money image to the entire group as if it was one solid object, as if the object was one components instead of several components." It seems to be a group made of several objects. I don't think any of the object modes will work. Each object will receive the texture in a size that depends on the relative size of the object itself. Notice there are surfaces in the center which are mapping the entire bill to one surface, and the difference in the size of the map from one area to the next. Death at Midnight: I don't think anyone can give you a definitive answer without having access to the actual origami object to experiment with a bit.

Hmmm...you're right. I was SURE I had used object space on a group before and had it map as a single object.

Everyone, a big thank you! This was much more help than I had ever expected. I have tried the suggestions listed here, and finally understanding what that image editor was all about. I am not having much success, it seems I have better results when the object has vertical parts than horizontal ones (I'm getting good results along the vertical axis, but the image is smeared along the horizontal.) I think what I shall do is rebuild part of the origami crane and see about texturizing that, working small, and building upon it. Playing around with it right now I think I'm getting close... --Death_at_Midnight
