I have a ton of emails in regards to me requesting my password. I never made a request, but my mail box is full of customer request of password....all came from system@e-onsoftware.com. Can someone explain. Sharen PS: and they keep coming.

Don't answer ... it may be 'fishing' ... don't give your password ... may be a virus or hacker's attack ....

Have you asked e-on about this? It could be a rogue mail shot or, as pmermino said, a hacker attack trying to crack your password on the e-on site. The only people who are likely to be able to really give you an answer are e-on's tech support.

That is a classic phish. Tell tech support and web support at e-on, and set up your spam blocker to autodelete the messages.

It already has my password in the body of the email. I really think it came from them but I will email them also. Sharen

any spamer can get his email to look like it came from e-on. Go to e-on and change your pasword. I had one of these sessions from my ISP and the spammer used my pasword to use there server and send out millions of spam messages in my name and I got the returned ones back!!!!!!! My ISP and I changed my Password and all that stoped. Glenn
