Found this little gem a while ago...... this website is really a fantastic resource. It has lots of clear, easy to understand articles written on all sorts of things relating to digital photography and photography in general.... For those running Photoshop Elements 3, one of the big things missing is the Curves function. But this smart gentleman created an action (and a couple of others) which allows one to use Curves within PSE3...... very generous of him I have to say. The curves function once installed is not available through the Filter> Filter Gallery drop down menu, but you access it through the palette bin on the right under Styles and Effects......
