Try Confusius' site, he's got a morph hair that morphs to a mohawk. Altho it's for the female, its probably scalable for the male as well. I know some artists have used the female hair for the male, and even vice-versa.

it would be cooler, for the nasty looking fellow with the romex in his arms, to be able to move his arms above the horizontal. Unless you've go those shoulder thingies made to move with his upper arm/shoulder.
