I added an jpg-based mat to the library, then decided to include a lower-res version instead and so deleted it. Why didn't the library size change? Bryce doesn't show the mat in the library but Windows is still showing almost 4 megabytes, when it should be down around 2. I mean, I can export all of the mats in the library to a new one, but that's a lot o' mats to move. I know I have heard of this happening to others. Is there a fix?

Bryce doesn't really delete mats, only the thumbnail. Here's a Tut on cleaning up your presets library. HTHJaymonjay posted Thu, 13 January 2005 at 1:34 PM
Yeah, that's what I figured. Thanks for the link.
