Subject: Question on copyrights

Most products we purchase state for personal or commercial use, right? What if backgrounds are made using these products, can they be sold then?

All items sold in the Renderosity Marketplace can be used commercially; That's part of the standard renderosity license. And the marketplace doesn't accept items that include elements made by someone else unless they're part of an approved resource set and have commercial use permission in the license.

For free Items, if the free item does NOT state, or states non-commercial use, then it can't be used that way.
