I just made a Judy morph... now how do I save it so I can give it as free stuff???

Just save the CR2 figure file. Providing that it does not include any other morphs from third parties you are good to go. The basic morphs are included in Poser 5, all Poser 5 users will already have them. You could use Morph Manages to remove these and hence reduce file size, but that would be the only reason to my mind to do so.
