Subject: Some images speak fully with no words needed.

Some images speak loudly. I don't know that this one does at all but to me it does, having been there. I yet have to shoot the image that speaks fully on its own merit, with not title and no words. That is a great boundry to overcome. This is an old image, likely from about 1980, one year from when my father died. I did not take this picture and with searching found only this which was of all things a .gif on an old website I had forgotten existed. Surely, somewhere in this house is the photo in 8 x10! Anyway, just for those who might wonder why this is posted, to me there is pathos. Though dying, he is all smiles. What do we see in her face? I do love this picture but cannot view it often.

i see a strong and gentle man and a woman who loves him dearly...wonderful memories in these very special photographs...
