I'm obviously a newbie to the wodnerful world of poser and bryce so bear with me if the answer to my question is obvious. Is it possible to export a figure from poser5 that has dynamic hair applied to it so that the hair would retain its texture and how it looks in bryce? I tried and used almost every offered format while exporting and either the hair on my figure would vanish (when I sued obj) or it would look geometrical and not at all lifelike as it looks like in poser. Any ideas, suggestions, tips? Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to export a figure from poser5 that has dynamic hair applied to it so that the hair would retain its texture and how it looks in bryce? Short Answer: No. Longer answer: Bryce doesn't support the type of geometry or texturing methods used for P5 hair, so it cannot effectively display or use them in the manner you describe. Theres an even more in depth answer, but I'm sleepy so I'll let someone else provide it :)

"Short Answer: No." She's right. It's just not possible to port the dynamic hair via standard geometry file formats and have it display correctly in Bryce (or any application for that matter) without some kind of 3rd party plugin to fully translate the materials and spline interpolation it requires. You're out of luck unless the new Bryce can support plugins like Mover or Bodystudio.
