Okay, some new foreign sites I have found.... Forum 3D http://www.forum3d.kom-net.pl/f3dftp.php?md=grp&g=16&o=0&s=0 I'm not exactly sure what country this is from, maybe someone else can tell, but they have some pretty cool image texture downloads. The download was a bit slow, but they all cam through, very good sizes, free, and no registration needed. (Metal, clouds, electronics, natural, etc) *Notice, they also have object downloads, although I could only get the "Gilette_Sensor" to import into Bryce, what i really want is the frog, but I'm gonna have to fina a converter that will recognize this (foreign?) lwo file. ---------------------- Image-based 3D Models Archive http://www.tsi.enst.fr/3dmodels/index2.html **NOTE - Page 2 has the best models (old vases), although I am working on finding a way of converting these models (and textures) for use in Bryce, I can unzip them, but they are a type of .wrl model that Bryce does not recognize. I'll re-post if I find a way of getting them to work in Bryce. Maybe someone here will have luck. --------------------- 3D Excellence http://www.3dexcellence.com/textures.html New to me anyway, use the drop down list to choose what kind of textures you want, fairly good selection. -------------------- AgentSmith

Ah I see you already got a source. I was able to import the frog with no probs into C4D and with the riptide obj export plugin should be able to out it as a .obj file.
Pass no temptation lightly by, for one never knows when it may pass again!

I converted these with Cinema4D...Renamed file extensions to .gz and uncompressed them with PowerArchiver to wrml original files, Cinema4D r6 can red them quite nicely, but drawback of these scans is even the flat surfaces have too many polys (no localized details) so entire scene comes to 600000 polys :(
Very nice statues, I already see Phil redoing his museum scene again ! :P

Yeah, I had found that if I just changed the file extension of the .wrz, to .zip by hand, they unzipped just fine. AS
