Aren't crustaceans and arachnids both members of the phylum Arthropoda? So either would work. I think its more like a crab because the front smaller legs reminded me of a crab's cheliped, plus it doesn't have an abdomen separate to it's sternum like a spider. But if you want to call it a spider, I don't mind. Scoleman123, you're on my list.
