I loke them and I thought to combine two great like-loves. Jigsaw puzzles and photography. I am sorta thinking of making a site where I take large puzzles. ( 500 pcs and up ) then assemble them while posting the progress online. Does anyone else think that would be interesting? Is it a boring waste of time? Just courious. I figure that I could do interesting pictures. Here are some examples. Bsteph

Actually I have been skipping steph but I went so fast from completing the outline to filling the puzzle in when I skip one picture in the process a lot happends.

Finally. This is a basic small puzzle only 50 peices. Which is assembleable and photographable in ten minutes. I figre it would take longer for 500 pcs. and up. Basically one thousand peices whould be finished in 3 weeks to a month. The question is will people have that kind of patience and is anyone interested other than me? Bsteph

Be a great idea for some if it was an interactive puzzle. Maybe if you had good photos made into jigsaw puzzles,then sold them online. I don't do them myself,but know many that love them.

It'd be cool if you took a shot after each piece was inserted, and then assembled the shots into an animation. It would look as if the puzzle were assembling itself. -Taltos

Hmm. Never thought of that. An animated gif OR short movie. And I agree it should be puzzles of some good art ect. There is a site for interactive puzzle building. However I am thinking of more of a check back tomorrow and see what happened sort of thing. Bsteph

Damn B ... you've got the same sickness as my girlfriend. And God forbid I don't notice she's finished one of her puzzles. Hell hath no fury and all. hehe ... everybody make sure she doesn't see that. :) Teasin' ... she's not that bad, but she does love her puzzles.

My Therapist described Me as a Jig Saw Puzzle and the Key Components were still missing. I have checked Your Puzzles and they appear to be Kosher...nothing that will fit the gaps I Myself have. Persevere....have Faith!

Well I liked 'em as a child. However what got me restarted is that it's a great way to get art prints AND it's an attainable challenge. Hey D' did she finish her puzzle or is she still working on it? Tedz - ( or should I say the other B ). You have to be careful that you don't drop peices. Expecially when you take youself on vacation. Also contact your manufacturer. Maybe they can resupply you with the missing peices. By the way often it's rather fun to have a complete puzzle with just one peice missing. - I know you were talking about your shrink but I thought I would have fun staying in the puzzle motief. She finished the latest one last week. I noticed she was done, but didn't say anything. Bad Donald ... Bad. :) She likes puzzles around 500 pieces. I think the latest ones she into are made by a company called Hoyle. What's interesting to me is the difference between what she does when she is done and what I use to do. It was almost like a battle between the puzzles and myself when I was a kid. So, when I was done I'd glue the pieces to thin cardboard and then coat it with shellac or a urethane. She completes them, looks at them for a day and then takes them apart and puts them back in the box. Once I was done, I never wanted to see that #$@&)%! again. :) -=>Donald
