hi... I have similiar problem with marque , my last payment rejected because i`ve use my brother CC E-on customer slow to tackle this situations , i want to ask to people here if i make new account how about registered product i bought before , i can still claimed for upgrade to high version ? thanks

I would post at the Technical Support forum on these questions. I've found they're good at answering within a couple of days. Click on "Contact a Support Technician" on the Support page. If you put the software you have (like Vue 4 Pro) in the top drop down, the bottom one will have options like buying, registering, etc.

Emailed the tech back to let her know what happened, just wondered if anyone here might know. Took her 4 days to answer last time. Some folks may have already dealt with it and be able to answer within a few hours. 8^) marque
