i was gonna surround myself in heavenly blue light...you know...blue is supposed to be healing...

ok, seriously, we got some sick folks here in the forum. i wanted to do something nice... well, i made homemade chicken soup yesterday with my one arm. it was hard. and i'm ashamed to say kemal and i ate it all already. but here's a pic of it. and i'm really ashamed to post this pic too. i didn't use tripod. image sucks. but i guess it's the thought that counts (uh...not the above one). anyway, you guys may not be able to handle noodles and chicken with the flu. it can sure do a number on your stomach. just try clear broth and crackers until things settle. maybe jello. stay warm. drink lots of fluids. and get as much rest as you can. bed is good during times like this. oh...and for cough...Robotussin is pretty good. So is Vick's Vapor Rub!!!! for fever...Tylenol or Advil. okay guys. get well soon!!!!!!!!! i take a risk and give you one arm hugs. don't go and sneeze on me now!!!!!! Sending out healing vibes....sorry for lousy pics!!!! i guess i'm the queen of them!!! oh...and that weird frame...well...like i said i have sick humor and weird mood tonight. it reminded me of a bowl. kinda sorta. LOL

LOL sylvaine. i half alseep but you and Oedipe make me laugh. Oedipe doesn't like chicken soup??? jeeesh he's picky!!! whaddaya mean "poor kemal"??? he luvs my soup!!!!!! :) i want to give him something else to eat, but i too sleepy to take pic. i think I'm getting sick now. seriously. oh boy. i hurt everywhere. achy. little headache. exhausted. i try to stay awake so i can see kemal for a few minutes today. tell cute oedipe i make him something these days. as sleepy as i am, i'm afraid i might drop cam if i pick it up. anorexic????
