I encounter this all the time (Like who doesn't), and morphing isn't easy. Be nice to add one or a few more dials regarding this situation. Move Side hair left or right. Or move Shoulder front to back. Something like that.

I usually fix those kind of problems in post. Render the same one with out hair and clone brush, darken and so on.

Some hair makers have added dials as mentioned. The problem is that nothing is "universal". But as Feia has said, usually it's best left for post. A smudge and push could whisp it a little. Other than that, a couple of parented magnets could move it left and right.
