...Audre said she would bring an UF fractal into XD, which was then used to alter the lighting. My question is how do you bring a fractal from UF (or whatever) into XD for "alteration?" ~Tim ^_-

You can import images into XD as backgrounds, and apply various post-processing effects. Some of them are very interesting. I can't give you the exact steps, since I don't have XD installed at the moment.

Tim, in the XD Help, Getting Started section, FAQ question 3.03 should get you started. You create a heightfield from the picture, which is used for lighting. XD doesn't import from the clipboard so you have to open a JPG, BMP or PSD file. Regards, Garth
