Hi, lets try again the image appeard to be damaged on the last post. I have been working on this image for the past week or so and I feel it is good enough to post now. This has been created in Vue de Esprit. The models I created from pictures in Nendo and the blossom trees were created by looking at how Varian had created a blossom tree. I used a real picture of a blossom but that is hard to see. Poser 3 for the woman of course. Enjoy Have fun Neil

Hi Neil, where ya been hiding? I really like the brightness and depth of this scene, but I would have liked to have seen some more color onthe tree, for contrast. What's that almost completely faded object in the background? Shee seems to be interested with it. Nice picture. :) Cheers, Mike

Hi Mike, I have been around but have not had much to say. :) Yes the tree does look a little colourless but I think I have too many flowers. The pictures I have seen of the cherry blossom trees don't show and leaves, just the flowers. I will have to look a little more at them and see about there centers. The faded object in the background was ment to be a volcano. Now you mention it, it does look a little strange. I will hunt out some DEM's and see if I can improve that. The picture is loosely based on an image I have from a japanese jigsaw puzzle and I thought I would throw in Mt Fuji. Looks like I missed there. :( Thanks for the comments Have fun Neil

Very lovely, Neil! The composition looks great! Like Mike, I'd be inclined to expect a bit more color on the tree...maybe a tad of green and perhaps some hints of pink? I used to live near a place that had cherry trees, but I don't recall ever seeing them completely white. Then again, the all-white does have a really cool effect! I also really like your foreground sand. Looks quite sandy and wet! :)
