if you're looking for old websites that don't show up anymore, try a place called 'the Wayback Machine'. They archive old sites from the 90's to today, usually can have up to several incarnations at the site. Only 2 drawbacks

1. You have to know the original URL, and
2. they may not have picked up the original site
   but it's worth a shot. Google it, it does come up..
