i just purchased the 'heroset for A3' but it won't download properly.... please help!

i tried again and am getting the same problem--it won't complete the download....

Hi Loraxz, I reset your download again. See if any of these common problems/resolution help you out.
Download Problems When I download my purchase I get a file called securedownload.ez. Rename securedownload.ez so that it has a .ZIP file extension rather than .ez. You can now open the file with WinZIP or any other program that supports ZIP files. When I select the Download button the download never starts. Make sure that any Download Managers/Accelerators are disable before attempting to start your download. Our Secure Download system doesnt allow the use of these tools. I use MSN 8 and am having a real hard time downloading. MSN 8 has a built in Download Accelerator. You can bypass this by using a standard browser rather than the browser supplied with MSN 8.
