Not sure if this is something that has been discussed before, but my Poser takes FOREVER to startup. I was interested in checking out what made it take so long, and realized that the larger my 'textures' folder got, the longer it took to start. I did the simplist thing and removed my 'textures' folder from my Runtime, and placed an alias there instead. I was shocked at the speed my P5 took upon startup. I ran another test and saw that applying a texure under the alias took 25% longer, but for me, that's a non issue because I'm not constantly changing textures on my figures. I'm not sure how this will work for other users, but for me it's a godsend. specs: Poser 5-SR4 Mac G4-867 dual-processor. OSX 10.3.7
