What fun it is to make a custom character and texture. This is not directed at reference-photo photographers as a "dis", but could you please put a white drape behind you when you take close-up's of the eyes? It is difficult to construct a realistic looking eye with 800 light reflections and whatever background reflected in the model's eyes. Anywho, I did some experimentation in PSP and made my own eyes. I gave them some body in the material room(ray-traced reflection and increased specular). If you look carefully, you can see Danielle's hair reflected in her right eye. Here is another closeup side shot. Again, you can see her hair reflected from her right eye. I have yet to finish the face texture, thus explaining the line down her nose, and strange-looking eyelids. I might do a tutorial on eyes since I've figured out how to make them realistic. -The Starkdog

Stark...this model looks potent..she has strong individuality, i can see that already. Great wild eyebrows. Keep going! Are her eye whites a work in progress? You will provide more detail in them? ::::: Opera :::::

This was an early attempt at making my own eyes (I have improved in the meantime, I promise) but it does show the sort of detail you need on the eyewhites to make them more realistic.

Operaguy, Yeah I will add in more vessels in her eyewhites. I thought with what I had already put in would make her look bloodshot, but I forgot that her eyes go all the way around. Pictured above in posts 1 and 2 is SP3 blank with Danielle's face and eyes, and Koz's Long Hair Evo. Attached is Danielle's face morphs with DAZ's SP3 hires maps.
