I came across some talk in a different forum on color correcting images using a script for Photoshop CS, and a RAW image of a GretagMacbeth Color Chart. I decided to give it a whirl and took an image of the chart..TMGraphics posted Sat, 05 February 2005 at 8:21 PM

Hope it is not too bad, but JPG compression takes a little something from the images above. The first image of the sunset is out of the camera no white point set. Hope this information has as much value to you as it has for me! TMG

That looks a useful tool. I've been struggling with colour calibration and I'm not sure I want to shell out on a hardware calibration tool just yet (maybe one day). Now I just need to find a "GretagMacbeth Color Chart" :|
