I have tryed so many combanation with this. posting a Image file of the PHI I want main fish to be the main part of the Figure. then atach every thing to it. The Fins go to the body and eyes to the head. After many hours of trying this i have come close to geting it the way i wanted but NOT! I have look at the other Fish PHI file but its still laking in the help. if any one here has a good fresh Idea would love to try.

There is 4 parts to the body I will start with the head. Fish head Main Fish Fish body Fish tail Then there eyes and the fins Fins are lookaten next to main fish look picture

The only obvious thing is that the "Fins" should be attached to "Main_fish" instead of "Fish_body" i.e. they should be at level 2 not 3.

You probably need to change the rotation order, adjust the joint angles and / or use Spherical falloff zones.
Changing the rotation order can be done using Phi Builder, but the rest can only be done in the Setup Room with the Joint Editor open.
Look through geep's tutorials for some help on what to do.
The Angel fish that comes with Poser might provide some hints.
