Subject: what is wrong with this picture. Imput please!!

Does anyone know how to eliminate the fuzzy effect that happens when I animate water in Vue.Its like there is alot of noise on the picture. I have read the manual but to no avail. Please help.Thanks

What setting are you rendering at ? and you always get a little of that shimmering anyway essexboy

I think you probably need to bump up the render quality, also, check your compression format, that may be effecting it as well.
