Subject: I Need help..... and not in the good way!

This is a goodun... Ok here goes. The guy on the right in slightly bigger than the guy on the left. What I want to do but can't seem to figure out how, is position the figure on the right so it essentially envelopes the on on the left creating an outerskin or magic shield kind of effect.
