Think the title kinda says it all. I've been able to make purchases at other sites, but not from R'osity. When I click the checkout button and keep getting this message: "We are unable to process your order. Please contact our office at 1-866-220-2949 between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm CST Monday - Friday for further assistance. If you need assistance outside of regular business hours please send an email including your username to store@renderosity.com. Thank you." Anyone have any ideas for why this keeps happening?

Hi, I've reset your account. When entering your credit card #, please enter only that 16 digit # with no spaces and/or dashes. Deb

I still have the same problem. It's a good way to loose customers!

All works fine now.. thank you!

Hi okolb, I reset your account so you can try again. We're definitely not trying to lose customers, but we have to limit the CC failures in order to prevent fraudulent use. You know that classic case of the good having to suffer for the bad :( Sorry for the inconvenience, but you shouldn't have any problems now. Deb

Hi Deb, I tried again with my Visa card today (2/18/05) but no go. I'm completely helpless! okolb

Hi okolb, I've reset it again. Please be sure that you're entering only the 16 digit credit card number with no spaces and/or dashes. If you still experience problems, you're going to have to contact your bank and find out why they're declining the charge. Deb
