I've done a Poser video in uncompressed format and I don't know to which video format I have to convert, it's a big confusion, divx3-4-5, xvid, mpeg1-2, ????, etc and also the format for audio to be used. Which format gives the best compression and quality (video and audio)?. The frame size is 480x480.
