hello all iam thinking of buying vue 4 i have poser 5 i would like something better to do my renders in. and btw how is vue 4 interface. is it hard to learn also is there a demo of the product i can try it out?

The Vue interface is easy to learn and straight forward. Vue 4 Pro trial version is not time limited, so you may want to try this one. Just follow the link. Don't miss to visit the backroom of this forum.

thanks for the info how would you render a poser 5 fig. that is a already setup in poser to Vue D'Esprit 5 or vue 4

Just save it as usual .pz3 file while in Poser. Close prog, launch Vue and from "File" menu choose "import objects". Load the .pz3 you saved, hit the "Render" button and voil :)

Both versions of Vue import pz3 directly. With Vue 4 Pro and Vue 5 Esprit+Expansion modul you can modify a character or scene in Poser and after you switch to Vue it will ask to import the modifications, which is a very nice feature because there's no need to rearrange the character or scene in Vue again. Vue 4 is more solid when it comes to large scenes. Vue 5 has fantastic new lightning options (if you can handle the render time). It's hard to tell which version to take, I think it depends on your preferences.
