hi there, i've got a special problem , i need to convert a pov-ray scene (especially the geometry data) into annother format (3ds, dxf, or c4d would be great but not necessaryly). while googling i found lots of stuff running in the opposite direction, but even the comercial converters seem to be unable to read pov-ray files. does anyone know a 3d program, witch reads pov geometry data???

Try "Crossroads", it has a POVray V2.2 read-in/write-out. http://synapses.mcg.edu/tools/xroads/xroads.stm
