Heya Shaybear... no offense... but I've already got a product called Leanansidhe, for V3, along with 3 expansion packs. http://www.poserpros.com/store/viewitem.php?selitem=953 Granted, I can't keep you from naming your character anything you'd like, and they're not availabe in the same store, it could lead to some confusion since the name is really unique... You may have just not seen my character since it's for sale over at PoserPros, but it's the best selling V3 character in the store there of all time, so I'd hate for folks to mistakenly purchase my pack thinking that they're getting yours, or buy your pack thinking that they're getting mine. Since you've already released your pack, I guess there's really not much that can be done, but in case anyone gets in touch with you wondering why the textures they've seen before called Leanansidhe aren't in your pack, I would appreciate it if you could point them to mine, and I'll do the same in return, if anyone is looking for your character, and have mistakenly purchased mine.

I am really sorry for the coincidence in the product names, however, I spent 3 hours researching faerie names online and found the name leannan-sidhe. to be honest, since your product is not on 3dc or here, i really am not sure what the problem is. My product name is spelled differently from yours, and the sets look nothing alike.... I am sorry, but I cannot change the entire product at this point, as it has already been submitted, however i will be glad to point customers in the direction of your item should the confusion arise.

I'm going to make my comments general, so that I don't seem to be picking on a particular merchant.

I do not see how they can be confused with each other. They are way different. But Cin_ I like the way that you kept it professional.

Yes, I applaud the professionalism of both merchants - what might've been a nasty little netbrawl seems to have been handled quickly and efficiently. I wonder if maybe Rendo might be up to hosting some kind of name registry? Something similar to a trade-name registry - anybody who does business in my county has to register their tradename (or 'doing business as', 'dba') name with the court. Perhaps something like that could be done for Poser characters?
