I have a questions for all of you that know about Daz Studio. Basically what does it do? Also, I am wanting to learn to make my own props and such, how does one go about doing that and what programs have you found useful? Thanks in advance Ebil

Well, not to be annoying, but there *is* a Daz Studio forum here as well..;) Daz Studio- a free beta program that will allow you to take Poser characters (such as, from, say, DAZ 3d) and pose and Render them in ways similar to Poser. Also, if you get Bryce (again, from DAZ..the Microsoft of pipple render programs..;), you can pose a character in DAZ, export (complete with textures) into Bryce, and render there.. If you want to make props, none of the above programs are *designed* to make props (tho in Bryce, you can use terrains and lattices to make exportable props), but you can create props in free programs such as...oh..Wings 3d (or Anim8tor, or any of the several other programs to be found in the Modeling forum here) If you want to go whole hog and get professional modeling software, there's Rhino, 3ds Max, Maya, and others, like Silo. There's forums for all of those, 'ceptin' maybe Silo, right here at 'rosity. Hope this helps.

I wish I'd said that.. The Staircase Wit
