its on the free stuff section, i dowloaded it and i can only get it in the scene by importing it then then its just a solid head wiht no textures or morphs, i'm trying to make the character Nei from Phantasy star 2 and i have everything BUT the ears. how do you ge3t the thing to work?

You can't... unless you have Poser. DS does not currently support morphtargets like this one. Maybe in a future version. If you need it desperately, you could try asking over at the poser forum if someone can make an injection file of it.
