Just noticed that the pedal foot things shouldn't rotate as the crank turns. But that's a whole animation nightmare that I don't want to get into.

Looks pretty cool! And also it looks like a LOT of patience...

Hate to see these guys mid way over the English Channel..."Just keep pedalling dang it!!!" Very cool model though Phil...this was the kind of thing I was hoping we'd see.

"We really haven't run enough tests professor."
"Come come man, where's your sense of adventure?"
With the plane lined up, the professor climbed aboard. He started to pedal and Watkins pushed the craft along. Faster and faster, harder and harder until, yes, it left the ground.
Watkins' brother snapped the photograph at that moment.
The professor was starting to pant very hard and his strength started to fade. The plane glided to the ground and came to a stop.
"There!" panted the professor, "I told you it would fly."
Watkins just stared.
"Next stop the channel! Whatdoyousayman?!"
Watkins continued to just stare.

I realised the downside to my design. I had to crank up poser. :-( This isn't my entry. Like the Professor, I'm just testing.

LOL...do some motion blur on the props and I'd vote that image into the hot 20. Way cool!

Excellent modeling work, and great animation too. I've done a few short animation clips too, so I know the patience it takes to produce one.
