You can acomplish this in c4d using either the matrix extrude function, or by by extruting polys manualy and applying various bend and bulge deformers. I have done several types of these kind of deformations and if you like, could do one up for you. IM me and let me know which character you are using and what kind of look you're going for.

i prefer the top 1 and the female they look more realistic

Well, the first and the female are from Enterprise, in which they moved the antennae forward and allowed for them to move...which really created a new fantastic look for the andorians. Shraan - the first guy, is actually my favorite character from enterprise.
