If you buy poser 5 now, you'll have poser 6 SE in the future for free, is that SE diferent from the future Poser 6?

And you get Shade LE, too.

I'm still not sure whether "winter queen" is a human figure or if its just a theme pack.

The Poser 6 application as such should not be different. The "Special Edition" only refers to the Winter Queen (which is included content), Shade LE (which is a separate application) and a fancy box (which we all will throw away once we have unpacked the content anyway).

Is shader LE (Limited Edition) or named that because it is not a FULL Edition?

Shade comes in three flavors, and three different prices: LE, Standard, and Pro. You can go to the CL web site and download a comparison sheet, that tells you just what features you get with each. (Personally, I think you get a lot with both LE and Standard. Especially if you don't want to pay $1,000 for the pro version.)

If you have LE can you upgrade to Standard or Pro or do you have to buy them at regular price?

You can upgrade, but I believe it's the same upgrade price you get for owning Poser. At least, the last time I checked it was. It could change. I think the Winter Queen is a figure, not a character, because they are referring to it as "The Winter Queen Figure Pack."
