Im pretty new to the Poser community and am a little confused as to what this does? Of course I notice the rather large front. But I need some explaination I guess as to what its for.

It's basically a set of magnets that lets you modiify Aiko's body. Wyrm is known for his "deformer kits" - magnets that give figures big boobs, small waists, and shapely behinds.
His kits also include magnets for clothing, so you can fit Aiko's normal clothes to the new body.
