i need a tutorial for making glass in poser and cant find its glass for a window, but has a front and back poly so it shows "depth" in the glass and viewable from both sides thanks

Just white in diffuse and 0.9 in transparency can do ok for a window. You can mess with refraction, highlight, etc if you like. Here's a quick window with only transparency changed to 0.9 (both sides of the window) and the rest default. Pay no attention to the hapless guy falling behind the window.

...oops. I told ya wrong. That's not quite white. It's the first shade of gray to the right of white in the windows color picker, so almost white. That's what I use more out of habit than anything else.

id use a bit towards a light blue/green but still cant get the glass to look quite right need to know about refraction n stuff :)

...don't forget that most of the time the viewer won't actually have a perspective to perceive refraction through a window since you won't usually be seeing part of the object through the window and part of it not through the window. Throw it in if it pleases you though ;)

so then i need some tuts for reflection/refraction :)

From your first post: "its glass for a window". In that case you don't 'need' refraction normally. A vase is another story.
