Has anyone attempted "toony" renders with Bryce 5? SnowSultan wrote an excellent tutorial (Z-toon anime style for Poser) and I was wondering if it was possible to re-create the effect in Bryce, or, if not, work around it in some way, hopefully without massive amounts of postwork.

I've seen some people do it but I can't provide any links, sorry.

I know that there is an Anime-ification render plug-in out there, or something like that. The postwork method isn't massive, just run it through a posterize filter in PSP or PhotoShop and colorize it however you want.

Thanks for the replies. I'll give it a go. I'm using the GIMP, but I know it has a posterize filter. I just suck at postworking and I'd prefer to find a method within Bryce to accomplish this.

Z-toon Anime-style Tutorial for Poser
Works just fine in Bryce.I had had a random thought about using the camera as the second control object, since in Bryce you can link to, and target the camera, and then scale it in camera space.
