I see this ion the shelf for $78 , which is really a good buy. Version 3 now has the healing brush, which is really cool. Does this have the same brush support as in the regular versions of PS? I'm thinking if it did, this would allow me access to some of the really nice PS brush products that are available here for a very low entry price...especially considering PS the full product is very expensive.

Your best bet is to download the 30-day evaluation version. It's fully functional, and will definitely give you an idea of whether it's enough for your present requirements. http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopelwin/main.html The brush engine is not nearly as advanced as CS, yet still offers all the basics, ie. size, shape, jitter, spacing, etc. as well as basic tablet controls. You will also be able to use any brushes created for PS.
