hi all i was trying to do a tye dye effect in photoshop but couldnt acomplish it. does anyone have any ideas or a tutorial site maybe?? thanks in advance

Something like the link above? I used the plug-ins that came in Corel's KPT Collection. Not sure if there's an easy way to do a tie dye effect in Photoshop alone.
