Try going Edit>General Perferences>Launch to Factory State for both the document screen and the environmental setings. I hope this works. One last thing is to check CL for a Pro-Pack update. I am on P5.04.332, so I am current, but there are updates for P4 and and I think for Pro-Pack also. -The Starkdog

I've launch Factory States... no worked. I use the last version of PPP. :- Thank you anyway.

I'd suspect a memory conflict with your memory card or driver. Try rebooting, disabling hardware acceleration, or updating video driver. Had a similar problem and doing those three things, the problem disappeared.

Memory... I changed nothing...
But you're right, I should try to update drivers...
