On the left is a photo taken at 2400ISO in the dark to avoid flash and ghosts on glass caused by reflections when taken in the light. At the same time of night I took the one on the right using the flash at 600ISO.

I want my result to have all of the color on the right with no flash like the one on the left. Using Photoshop, how would I go about doing this?
