I just made my second purchase (no I'm not using paypal), and I'm still not able to download my first purchase, nor now this one. Please activate my links.

When you made your first credit card purchase you should have received an ebot RENDEROSITY FIRST TIME BUYER asking you to email store@renderosity.com with either the 3-digit security code or toll free phone number from the back of your credit card along with your username. As soon as this information is verified, we will activate your download. This is for first time purchases only; all future purchases will be available for immediate download. Thank you! Debbie G. I made a purchase today - got no ebot or email. Can I just email the info you need to you?

Yes, just email the store@renderosity.com and we will get you activated. Be sure and not block our ebots as they will inform you of current status regarding your account. Thanks, Debbie G. Renderosity Admin
