I like it! I agree, the eyes, lips and nose (nostrils) need a little work but other than that it looks rather photorealistic.

Mmmm, skin colour doesn't quite look right. If you load the image into photoshop (or similar), then blur a few times - then use the dropper to find out what her skin color is. Then compare with a reference image. There seems to be a fairly common band of values that represents realistic skin color - somewhere in the RGB=200,140,115 mark (well those proportains anyway). Your skin above has similar amounts of green and blue (so there is too much blue) - and probably not enough red. Just upping the fake sss on the shader might help in the above case with the red, but you probably need to play with the Diffuse_Color in the mat room to reduce the blue.

the blue is from a blue light lol i could change to white light and it came out to those proportions 195/138/116 (maybe still lil blue) now im trying to add freckles but doesnt come out quite like i want -.- this part started as a heart ruby like a month ago then i switched to heart of ocean necklace then decide to make a girl for it, then i remake necklace from scratch, then i want better skin for the girl, then i change lighting, it never ends!! everyday new idea to add -.- i blame face_off no reason i just do :D

Looking much better. Only ever use white light to get the realism right - then adjust for effect. Her skin still looks like it doesn't quite have enough red, and has a fraction too much blue. Switching shadows on will help with the realism too (will keep the light out of her eyes and nostrils. The main things to work on now are her lips (there is a harsh border between her lips and skin where the highlights change), and her eyes (which are maybe a bit bright compared with ehr skin?).
