My copy of Infinite arrived this morning at about 10:55AM. Looks like I was very lucky. I am impressed with the short time it has taken and was wondering if I am a 1 off case, or if anyone else has received their copy yet. I am in the UK and it was shipped from France.

I preorder just few minutes after the preorder as made available and my order says its still being prepared for shipping. Don't understand at all what is going on with orders. I am in US so not sure if others in US are experciencing same problem. :o(

About shipping... I was also a pre-order placer (?!) on January 31, right after the opportunity was offered. I am still showing "order prepared to ship" again today. It appears those of us who are in N.America are following the Eurpoean releases. (I'm in Canada.) For what it's worth...

I am in the US and pre-order V5I in early Feb. I have yet to see status to see if been ship. I been reading all the information on it and I think I will no go back to earlier versions.. I really wish it was here. Even took off 2 days of work in early april to play with it.

Well 2 days and still no shipped on my order. Guess preorder doesn't mean much for early shipping. :o(

Don't e-on have an Office in the US, wouldn't it be faster if they bulk ship them to US and then spread them out from there. It maybe cheaper..

I am curious if the ones that order it, got the full package or upgrades. I upgraded from Vue 4 Pro and also have the Side Grade for Vue 5 Esprit.

I can't wait to try it out - especially after seeing Scott's tutorial ecosystems. Not complete but it likes it going to be excelient Tutorial. I believe this tutorial alone could get new users to V5I.

I got the upgrade from Vue Pro. Two days and it has said prepared to ship. :( Maybe tomorrow it will ship. :)

A few more days won't particularly bother me.

They've gotten a lot of pre-orders from a lot of people.

It's coming. I can wait a little while.

Just so long as it arrives early tomorrow.

Just got email that my Vue Infinitie has been shipped. It is 5 am so if it shipped from Oregon it was 2 am their time. They must be working around the clock is all I can figure unless it is coming from France. It says it is in the hands of UPS so now just wait untill it arrives. :)

Just to let you know, I got an email when I check this morning that my Vue 5 Infinite. Now I just got to wait for snail mail. My order was place on Feb 1st and I live in NC USA.

Ordered 2/2 in Atlanta and just got ship notification, so they're up to "that" date now.

Does anyone have a reliable method that they have used to contact e-on regarding their order status? By which I mean one they have actually responded to? I have tried email and phone and they don't seem to be responding to either one unfortunately. I am in the UK.

Ordered 14th March - Monday; got the shipping notice today - so I wouldn't have a clue what criteria they are working to. I was expecting the shipping notice in the next couple of weeks or so. I'm in the UK.

57thkafka: Have you tried using the 'contact a sales representative' forum style option in the Support section? When I had a problem with my Vue5E upgrade a few months ago, that was they way I went, and got a helpful reply within 24 hours. Hope this helps.
