I just started using Mimic 3, so I'm sure there's an obvious answer I'm overlooking, but when I apply the pz2 file in Poser that I exported from Mimic to my pose library, I get a thing where the Figure is moving slowly, but the audio is playing regular speed. And advice greatly appreciated. :)

Is that with being rendered or just playback in the pose room display? If it's just in the pose room display I'd say it's because your model orscene might be too much for your processor & ram can handle... if it's like that after being rendered then ya got me!!! I use Mimic 3 with P5 and I've never had that happen with a render... once or twice in the pose room display though for the reason above... (too many lights & too many props and Neftis' very french hair which occasionally slows things down!) Hope that helps some! G

Poser can't necessarily play back the motion in real-time when using high-res figures. And we aren't getting hardware acceleration until Poser 6.
Do you have the "Skip Frames" option enabled?
Animation menu --> Skip Frames
Try making a test render of the animation to see if everything remains in sync. You can use the "Current Display Setting" option in your Make Movie dialogue to generate a quick preview animation.

Yeah, it exports out ok. I'll try the skip frames thing. Thanks guys.

or do a quick and dirty draft small size render of the animation with sound to see if everything is synched up. :::::: Opera :::::
