Hey Everybidy, First I suck with Cararra but keep goofin' around with it. So I upgraded to C4Pro hoping to use CAD style to make a model of a house I want to build. I have the plans in Auto Cad format. I go to the help menu and click on the link to learn how to use CAD Style but nothing happens. No Help files come up. Does anybody else have this prob? Also can I actually import the file and make a #D modle of the house is that the way it works? TIA

I'm guessing you have a PC. Mine takes me to C:Program FilesEoviaCarrara 4 ProCarrara HelpCADStyle.html The file is there on my system. Did you do a full install or minimal one? Did you use the default folder to install to (always a good idea). Yes, CADstyle adds some extra file types that you can import with into your Carrara scenes.

Juggler, CAD Style is mainly an import addition, so a flat Auto-CAD file will remain flat, if it is. If you want to build the 3D model in Carrara, you might want to check out ArchiTools
