Anyone else order around that time that hasn't had it ship yet? Marque

Unfortunately yes! I ordered on the 25th of February and still am awaiting them to validate my payment...so needless to say I am getting a bit impatient here! Here's hoping that we both get lucky in the next day or two, Marque '-)!

Hi, I ordered Feb. 28 and today at 1pm eastern time the status of my order changed to shipped. However, my tracking number won't work. Maybe tomorrow. Good luck on your shipments.

Greeeeat. I ordered last week and was wondering what was taking so long. Maybe I will have it by summer.

I ordered mine on 2/21 and just got confirmation today that it was shipped. Seems like they are a month behind.

I got a confirmation that mine shipped on March 18th.
The tracking number E-On assigned is bogus and is still invalid as of this morning.
I called E-On yesterday and today got a canned email that the Fulfillment Manager was taken to the hospital on the 14th (which is unfortunate), and that orders are all screwed up.
Europe is unaffected.
The person who charged my Credit Card for the full amount on Feb 11th is okay though! No problems there.

Yeah, I got that same mail today and am a littled miffed. Now don't get me wrong, I feel bad that Dave had a heart attack, as I don't like to see anyone sick. But, I don't understand how it is that the fulfillment manager is the only one in the company capable of processing orders. Don't they have a computer system that takes the money and sends the order to a shipping department? They had no problem, as was said above, taking the money out of my bank account, which was after March 14th when they knew this would be a problem. Which by the way, they are only supposed to do if they have shipped the item according to law. They can only pre-auth the card for the amount before hand to make sure there is sufficient funds. What if Dave had died? Then would we get the orders at all? I don't mean that to sound nasty (and again I hope Dave recovers) but that's the worst excuse I'd ever seen about why something couldn't be shipped from a business.

there should be compensation but I don't want to be selfish so here's to your health, Dave.

I'll agree with ShadowWind on this. It's unfortunate news someone fell ill and hope he gets better but really now. Is it a "one man does all" operation up there in Oregon? If not, what does it say about the remaining staff that works at that location? A little cross training goes a long way for a small organization.
My order is on its way and should be here tomorrow. richcz3

My job is to provide support for an Order Fulfillment system (different industry but same idea). Even with a computerized system, it can take a few days for someone to pick up the current workload of someone else who has gone missing. And also remember that companies rarely have people with nothing to do, on stand-by, ready to jump into action if someone is missing. Which means that whoever is picking up Dave's work also has a full plate of his/her own work.
