I'm jealous of all you guys discussing Poser 6 as I've got it on my computer but can't use it because I don't have a serial number. The "download available" e-mail had "serial unavailable" opposite my poser download so I went to download it and on the download page it had "serial unavailable" too! I've e-mailed Digital River twice so far with no reply. Have any of you guys had a problem like this? Are they slow to respond to mails? I'm now at the point of getting annoyed!

Looks like i Have the same thing. I'm in the process of downloading it. HAd to restart it a least 5 times due to a coruppted downloads thus far. But my serial number isn't showing either.

I just got my serial number Corwin. You may have to wait 24 hrs before they react to you e-mail.

Looks like it just showed up. I just rechecked the web site and now it's showing up.

I had a similar problem. I think I was fortunate that I got a prompt reply from CuriousLabs Support. The 'Global' support number from Digital whatever I found totally useless. :0/ Klutz.

Looks like from the information I saw posted on their site is that their e-provider for the store for them had a issue with the key's showing but it's supposed to be resolved now. :)

I had to to call them a few times yesterday to get mine. Number should be on the bottem of your e-mail.
